If it is illegal to own a law enforcement badge where you live, please check it out before ordering. By placing an order with us you expressly agree to honor all local and governmental laws regarding the possession of a police badge in your country.

All our badges are sold striclty for the 4 points as stated below. By purchasing and/or accepting delivery of the badge that is being offered, you agree to own or use the badge ONLY for one of the following four specific purposes:

18 U.S. Code § 716. Public employee insignia and uniform
(1) as a memento, or in a collection or exhibit;
(2) for decorative purposes;
(3) for a dramatic presentation, such as a theatrical, film, or television production; or
(4) for any other recreational purpose.

The items we sell are only for collecting or as a movie prop.
We will not be accountable for any legal issues.
The person who orders or buy's the items we sell is responseble for his or her actions.

Due to privacy and confidentiality issues, we NEVER record and save any information of customers, and due to lack of personal jurisdiction, so we are UNABLE to comply with any form of subpoena request for legal reasons.
